Beautiful super clean and bright spacious home with vaulted ceilings, amazing views. Only 5 minutes to downtown Breck. Offering 2 bedrooms plus a walk up loft as a 3rd bedroom. Master bedroom has a king bed and private master bath with a soaking tub and steam shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the full bath is just across the hall. The over sized loft-bedroom is open & spacious and has two brand new twin mattresses.

My husband and dog and I had an amazing time at Laureen’s place. We were able to work a few days from the home and appreciated having a house in the mountains with good internet connection. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans and we cooked every night and had dinner on the porch. It was an amazing break from our house and the Texas heat. Laureen’s place felt very clean and safe and she had put extra hand sanitizer out as well. The neighborhood was really nice and just a short drive to downtown Breck, and to a lot of nice hikes. We saw a moose in the backyard on our last night! We would definitely stay here again!

Laureen’s place is great!!!! Great space, great views, great yard, perfect for dogs, and close to tons of hiking and mountain biking. You might even see a moose in the backyard! We had four people working remotely during the week we were here and there was more than enough space for all of us (three desks, plus the kitchen table), fast wifi, and good cell coverage. The house is super comfy, stylish, and just a relaxing place to be. Couldn’t have asked for more during our week here. It is to my own detriment that I write this as I would love to stay here much more often 😀

This home is an amazing get away and Laureen is a wonderful host. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the furnishings are comfy and the back deck and view were absolutely breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back sometime in the future. I highly recommend this for a perfect family get away.

Enjoy this super clean and cozy three bedroom Breckenridge condo, sleeps 6 people. Nice open floor plan, perfect for family and friends to gather. Fully equipped kitchen. This condo offers two living room areas, one living room has a wood burning fireplace. The other living room is located in the loft area. Two bedrooms on the main level and the third bedroom is upstairs. Only steps from the free town Breck bus stop. Super convenient location. Only a 10 minute walk into downtown Breckenridge.

What a great stay! The house was sparkling clean with everything you'll need (including extra blankets and pillows). It's a very short walk to the restaurants and shops in town and easy parking if you have a car. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future when we visit Breckenridge.

Location, location, location! We have a six month old and were able to go everywhere from the troll hike, Aspen Alley, all the way to the main street restaurants, breweries and shops on foot. I will definitely go back the next time we are in Breckenridge.
